Working at Bold Psych

Update: We are not currently hiring for 2024.

Bold Psych provides a flexible, supportive environment that values the “whole person” of the therapist.

We’ve implemented systems to help therapists not only excel in their clinical work (e.g., steady stream of referrals, streamlined EHR, database of referrals and resources, ongoing clinical support) but to also have the time to devote themselves to other areas of their lives (e.g., flexible hours, holidays off, PTO, administrative and billing support).

We offer competitive compensation (W-2) and the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, CE/training reimbursement, and a retirement plan (401k). For full-time clinicians, you are also provided with compensation as you fill your schedule in your first few months.

We are looking for Massachusetts-licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) with expertise in adult anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or relational distress.

Therapists who are self-reflective, open-minded, and value ongoing learning are a good fit for our practice. We are also looking for colleagues who are thoughtful and considerate and care about their fellow clinicians.

If interested, you can access the full job description below.
